This newly renovated and professionally designed and decorated single-story pool home is located on the western side of Marco Island, close to the beach and all of Marco Island’s best restaurants and attractions. The Breakaway is modern and stylish, has a screened-in stunning pool with a spacious deck, comfortable beds and is fully stocked with supplies and amenities so all you have to do is relax and have fun in the tropical Florida sunshine!

  • In addition to the amazing pool, we offer:

    • 32” ArcadeUp Infinity Game Table (40+ Classic Games) that are fun for the whole family.

    • 6 beach cruiser bikes (4 adult/2 Kids)

    • HD 50” Smart TVs in the living room and two bedrooms.

    • Beach ready! We provide beach cart, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels

    • Propane BBQ grill

    • The pool is heated year around (at no additional charge!)

    • Portable, waterproof bluetooth speaker

    • WORK: If you are coming to work, we offer a comfortable dedicated workspace and high speed internet.

    • Pet friendly! We welcome your pets for a low $100 pet fee per stay.

    • Parking for 3 cars (two exterior parking spaces + 1 garage spot).

    • Laundry room with full-size washer and dryer (detergent provided too!)

    • In addition to standard amenities, we also provide olive oil, spices, condiment packets, coffee, tea, half & half, sweeteners.

    • Keyless entry, for convenient check-in and access throughout your stay.

    • Updated and large chef’s kitchen that is fully stocked with all the supplies and tools you need for gourmet cooking.

    • Living room with gas fireplace and 50” TV.

    • Brand new furniture and decorations all professionally designed.

    • Two dining areas, one inside and one outside, both have seating for 8!

  • All bedrooms have new and super comfortable beds and pillows and high-quality linens

    • Bedroom 1: Large master bedroom overlooking the awesome pool with a King bed and an en suite private bathroom

    • Bedroom 2: A second roomy bedroom with a King bed

    • Bedroom 3: A fun kids room that includes a custom-made Queen over King bunk bed and a beautiful under-the-sea themed mural

  • 2 full bathrooms that are all complete with plush towels; luxury toiletries, including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, location; hair dryer, toilet paper, Q-tips, among others!

    • Bathroom 1: Master bathroom includes walk-in closet, walk-in shower and dual sinks

    • Bathroom 2: The second bathroom includes tub with shower and a double sink
